At Kurhotel Skodsborg, we have combined the tranquil beauty of the Øresund with the dynamic power of yoga. Here you will be able to feel the light breeze of the wind and the soothing waves of the sea, as you lead the body through gentle stretches and energizing movements. Our experienced instructor guides you through a refreshing yoga session that invites immersion and balance.
In collaboration with Bioeffect, this Yoga session includes products worth 350 kr. These luxurious products, which both nourish and revitalize the skin, are a perfect end to a harmonious session by the water.

Meeting place: The lawn at Kurhotel Skodsborg seaside pier.
In case of bad weather, the hour is rescheduled inside Skodsborg Fitness & Spa.
