Skodsborg Femkamp for Skodsborg Sports Days

Are you ready to challenge yourself?

Skodsborg Femkamp is a fun and energetic competition where strength, fitness, coordination and not least good mood are put to the test.

You have to go through 5 different disciplines, and you don't have to be an elite athlete or workout enthusiast to join. It's all about giving it gas, having fun and seeing if you can become the lucky winner of a month's membership to Skodsborg Spa & Fitness.

The 5 disciplines are:

1. Medicine Ball Throw

How far can you throw?

Find your inner athlete and see how far you can send the medicine ball.

2. Skipping Challenge

How many hops can you reach?

Find the rhythm and keep the pace. Skip as many times as possible within the allotted time.

3. The egg race

Can you keep the eggs all the way to the finish?

Balance and speed should go hand in hand. Get through the lane as quickly as possible - without dropping the eggs along the way.

4. Belly Bending Shallenge

How many correct abdominal bends can you reach?

Put the core muscles to the test and take as many correct abdominal bends as possible within the allotted time.

5. Jump over horse

How many times can you get over the horse?

See how many times you can jump over the horse within the set time.

Prizes up for grabs:

Give it gas in all five disciplines and battle it out for the three great prizes:

1st prize: 1 month membership in Skodsborg Spa & Fitness

2nd Prize: 1 Spa Day Gift Card

3rd prize: 3 clips for Skodsborg Reformer Studio

They fight individually, but the participants are divided into teams.

It is free to join but requires registration.

Program:

14:00: Everyone meets out on the lawn in front of Kurhotel Skodsborg

2:05pm: Our instructor reviews the five disciplines

2:15pm: The pentathlon starts

15:45: Prize Ceremony
