*You can't do it wrong, and there is no performance with choreography. You can enjoy gentle movement to inspiring music, where you are guided confidently through each energy center in your body.
You will experience good exercise, sweat on your forehead and harmony in your body - and leave here with a different inner balance and renewed body joy. *

Practical information
In connection with the Chakra - dance event, spa access to Skodsborg Spa is offered. SpaDay at DKK 450, - (normal price DKK 895, -). A bathrobe, towel, sauna bed and slippers are provided with this additional purchase.
