**I invite you to a 2.5 hour event where we combine dynamic power yoga, saunagus and a refreshing dip in the sea. **
PowerYoga
**We start with an energy-filled and invigorating yoga practice, where the heart rate rises, the body awakens, and you are guided through an intense flow focusing on breathing, agility and inner balance. **
Saunagus
**After this we step into the heat and feel the calm subside. A sensuous gushing experience with essential oils, warmth and presence that invites contemplation and inner silence. **
Sea Bath/Sea Dip
**We finish with a refreshing dip in the ocean — a powerful experience that awakens the senses, boosts the body and creates a sense of clarity and life. **

Skodsborg – a healthy part of Denmark’s history
When you check in at Kurhotel Skodsborg, you are also checking into a piece of fantastic Danish history that is all about retreating for a while and re-energizing your body and mind.
In 1852, King Frederik 7 bought the country house Skodsborg with his wife, Countess Danner, and together they spent their long, relaxing summers here until his death in 1863. Villa Rex was built in 1857 so that the king could hold councils of state, meetings and banquets without leaving the scenic surroundings of Skodsborg. Villa Rex has been renovated with respect for history and is now used for parties and meetings.
