On Sunday 13th September we will hold our first Race Simulation Event — an energy-filled team competition inspired by the growing world of HYROX and hybrid racing.

The event is created for those who love functional training, challenges and the very special race day atmosphere, where heart rate, focus and community come together in a higher unit. Together with your training partner, you will go through an intense and varied race that tests both strength, endurance and cooperation — all in the beautiful surroundings of Øresund and Dyrehaven.

The Race Simulation Event is held at Kurhotel Skodsborg and Skodsborg Fitness Track and consists of:

• 6 workout stations
• 1.2 km run between each station
• 2 obstacles per run at Skodsborg Fitness Track

Participants compete in mate pairs, where cooperation and strategy are as important as physical strength.

The exercises include, among others:

• Burpee broad jumps
• Kettlebell swings
• Sandbag carriers
• Walking lunges with dumbbells
• Farmer Carries
• Rowing

Feel free to sign up with a regular workout partner. If you do not have a partner, we match you with another participant, so everyone starts in a strong partner pair.
The event is open to all levels.

When the last station is completed and the pulse again finds its bearings, all participants gather for a community lunch consisting of 2 dishes.

Here, the pace is turned down and there is time and space to share the experiences of the day, celebrate the efforts and enjoy the community across teams and levels.
